The Greedy Pig Boy

The girl once heard
Of a Greedy Pig Boy
He lived in Candyland
Where he feasted with joy

He had no talents
Except maybe one thing
When he starts eating
He eats everything

His favourite, of course,
Would always be sweets
But he wouldn’t mind
Some other treats

Such as apples and raisins
Strawberries and cream
Steaks drenched with sauce
And some fish such as bream

He gobbled fish fingers
Lamb ribs and rice
He stuffed five day old cherries
That he stole from the mice

He loved peanut and butter
Salads and dessert
He wouldn’t even mind
A lolly dropped in dirt

At dinner he grabbed
Anything with his fork
But for some reason or other
He wouldn’t touch pork

When asked why not
He spat out the cat
And said he did like it
But didn’t want to be fat
